On the back side of every Intention Card, there is a column titled "Coach, like this" where you'll find some suggested parent language that will help you guide your family through that specific Intention.

This sample language is provided so that the adults in the house can have consistent messaging when they are addressing their family.

For example, let's take "I choose to be present today" once again:

  • “Let’s play for __ minutes.”
  • “Let’s do that, just you and me.”
  • Model: “I’m going to put my phone/tech down so we can __"

As you become more familiar with the various Intentions, you may notice unique ways in which you guide your family through a specific Intention.

If you have had success with a specific "Coach" with your family, leave us a comment below. We'd love to hear how you're doing family better!
